Manafort Brothers, Inc. provided comprehensive site development and utility improvements to support the future UConn athletics stadium complex. The work included demolition of the existing press box structure, installation of new sanitary, drainage, water, electrical, and communications utilities, placement of two 18,000-gallon sanitary holding tanks, roadway reconstruction, and associated site finishes. The project required an aggressive schedule with detailed phasing and logistics planning to maintain both vehicular and pedestrian access, accommodate ongoing campus athletic operations, and complete all work within the active UConn Storrs campus while classes were in session.
