Project needs and constraints continue to grow as the industry and world evolve. To creatively meet challenges, Alternative Project Delivery Methods and Approaches are developed and employed to meet the needs of today’s project owners. Manafort has a long history of engaging and teaming with our clients by thoughtfully and collaboratively developing creative solutions, and executing and delivering successful results using Alternative Project Delivery Methods and Approaches. We will continue to be an active participant in their evolution.

Alternative Project Delivery Methods and Approaches include Design–Build, Public–Private Partnerships, Target–Price Partnering, and Design Assist as well as Accelerated Bridge Construction, Prefabrication, and Value Engineering.

Projects using these contracting methods and approaches have included bridges, rail stations, parking garages, educational and commercial facilities, marine terminals, industrial demolition, and numerous other civil, utility, and concrete projects of various sizes and complexity.

Our extensive in-house engineering and project experience combined with our ability to self-perform and execute our ideas has led to being awarded these projects and completing them very successfully. The end result has been numerous award winning, on-time or ahead of schedule, high quality, safe project turnovers that are within or under budget, to our valued and often, repeat clients.
