Our team successfully completed the comprehensive asbestos abatement and demolition of a series of former U.S. Steel manufacturing buildings totaling over 425,000 square feet in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, as part of a fast-tracked redevelopment initiative within the Keystone Trade Center, one of the largest industrial redevelopment projects in the Northeast.

The scope encompassed the remediation of regulated asbestos-containing materials (ACM) throughout the aging industrial structures, followed by the systematic dismantling and complete demolition of the facilities. Work was executed under stringent environmental and safety controls, ensuring full regulatory compliance while maintaining an accelerated project schedule.

Through strategic planning, seamless coordination with redevelopment stakeholders, and precision execution in the field, we transformed a legacy steel manufacturing site into shovel-ready industrial land prepared for modern infrastructure development. The project demonstrated our team’s capability to manage large-scale environmental remediation and demolition efforts efficiently, safely, and in alignment with ambitious redevelopment timelines.
