Manafort Brothers Launches Jon Manafort Memorial Bike Drive

We are excited to announce the kickoff of this year’s Jon Manafort Memorial Bike Drive, supporting the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program. This annual tradition, now in its 20th year, continues to bring holiday joy to children throughout our community.

What began nearly two decades ago as a small effort by a few office employees purchasing a handful of bikes has grown into an incredible company-wide initiative. Through the generosity of our employees across all offices, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, the Bike Drive has become a program the Marines can count on each year. Last year marked a milestone achievement with a record-breaking donation of 187 bikes and helmets.

This year, we are proud to officially name this fundraiser the Jon Manafort Memorial Bike Drive, honoring his legacy of community service and generosity.

How to Contribute:

We welcome donations of bikes and helmets, as well as monetary contributions of any amount. Donations can be made by:

  • • Contacting Jesse Garuti at (860) 982-0594 or Michelle Brandon at (860) 793-6415 in our demolition department
  • • Using Venmo: @ManafortBrothersINC (venmo.com/u/ManafortBrothersINC)

The Marines will also accept new, unwrapped toys in addition to bikes.

Important Dates:

  • • Donation Deadline: Friday, December 5th

Please submit your donations by December 5th to allow adequate time for purchasing bikes and helmets.

Thank you for your continued support. With your generosity, we look forward to making this year another milestone for the Jon Manafort Memorial Bike Drive.

Manafort Brothers Celebrates Rededication of the Manafort Mini Mile at Stafford Motor Speedway

This month, the Manafort Brothers team gathered at the iconic Stafford Motor Speedway to officially rededicate the Manafort Mini Mile, a beloved racing track that holds deep significance for our family, our company, and the Connecticut motorsports community.

The rededication ceremony, held trackside and attended by family, friends, and Speedway leadership, celebrated over three decades of racing tradition. Originally built in 1993, the Mini Mile began as a bold idea between Jon Manafort, Frank Manafort, and Stafford Motor Speedway’s Mark and Jack Arute. Together, they envisioned a space where younger racers could safely experience the thrill of competition — and that vision came to life in a big way.

“It started out as a crazy idea, but it’s been an incredible ride,” said Justin Manafort during the ceremony. “We’ve had so much fun racing here over the years, and it’s a great honor to continue being part of something that’s made such a lasting impact on the community.”

The Mini Mile has served as home to the Wild Thing Karts and other youth racing divisions for decades, introducing generations of families to the sport and building lasting memories along the way. Monday night races at the Mini Mile have become a staple of the local racing scene — a tradition that shows no signs of slowing down.

The Manafort family extends its deepest thanks to the Arute family and the entire Stafford Speedway team for their partnership and dedication over the years. It is a privilege to support this facility and the young drivers who continue to make the Mini Mile an exciting, dynamic place to race.

As we look ahead to another exciting season, Manafort Brothers remains committed to supporting local institutions that build community, create opportunity, and inspire the next generation.

Manafort Brothers Begins Design-Build Work on Major Rhode Island Infrastructure Project

Manafort Brothers is proud to lead construction efforts on the Route 4 / I-95 Interchange and Route 403 Missing Moves Project as the Design-Build Prime Contractor, working in close partnership with CHA Consulting, Inc., our Prime Design Consultant. The project was awarded by RIDOT in December 2024 and is currently in the design and preconstruction phase, with fieldwork scheduled to begin in summer 2025.

This ambitious infrastructure initiative will significantly improve access to an essential driver of the Rhode Island economy, the Quonset Business Park and the Port of Davisville, through improved regional connectivity, traffic safety, and efficiency across multiple communities including East Greenwich, North Kingstown, Warwick, and West Warwick. Once completed, the improvements are projected to reduce travel times by 15–20 minutes for many drivers—enhancing daily commutes and improving the quality of life for residents and the broader traveling public.

Key components of the project include:

  • A 675-foot-long tub girder flyover bridge over Route 4 and I-95 to complete the “missing move” from Route 4 Northbound to I-95 Southbound.

  • A new on-grade ramp connecting I-95 Northbound to Route 4 Southbound.

  • Three on-grade ramps linking Route 403 directly to West Davisville Road and Post Road.

  • A new roundabout at Compass Circle to improve local traffic flow.

  • Traffic signal improvements and utility upgrades at multiple intersections.

As a regional leader in complex infrastructure projects, Manafort Brothers is honored to support RIDOT’s vision for a safer, more efficient transportation network in Rhode Island.

Tricon Partners with Call Before You Dig, co-sponsors CWPM and Manafort Brothers at Limerock

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 3, 2025) – TRICON Garage (TRICON) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Call Before You Dig Inc. CBYD is a free service available to anyone planning excavation work in Connecticut, providing critical information about the location of underground utility pipes and cables at proposed work sites. Manafort Brothers is a nationally recognized leader in construction and transit infrastructure, while CWPM is a trusted provider of waste removal and recycling services for communities in Connecticut and Rhode Island.

“I’m so excited to have Call Before You Dig and Manafort Brothers and CWPM join me for their home state race!” said Breidinger. “Making my road course debut in the Truck Series is already an exciting challenge, but getting to take it on alongside such an enthusiastic and engaged group makes it even more special.”
