Manafort Brothers Incorporated was selected to complete the renovation of the existing natural gas gate station in Orange, Connecticut. This project is a part of Avangrid/Southern Connecticut Gas efforts to modernize its existing infrastructure to distribute natural gas to customers for years to come. Manafort’s scope included the abatement of environmentally impacted materials, restoration of the exterior masonry façade, replacement of the existing roof, restoration of the interior of the building including new epoxy painted walls and floors, excavation for the installation of inlet and outlet piping, and site finishes including new fencing and paving. This project was completed safely, successfully, on-time, on-budget, and with zero injuries.
