On Thursday, April 12, 2012, an event to Honor CCSU's Construction Industry Award Nominees, was celebrated. Our Michael J. Daversa was honored for the Dr. Stuart Bennett Alumni Award. Michael is our Senior project manager/Department supervisor for Manafort Brothers Incorporated. Michael J. Daversa has 20 years of service in estimating, project coordination and management on demolition, construction, and CT DOT projects. His work has involved the transformation of the Resorts World Casino,Queens, NY, and the demolition of the 600,000 square foot Fafnir Bearing Facility, New Britain, CT. He is a 1992 graduate of CCSU's Industrial Technology/Construction Management program.
