Manafort Brothers, Inc. was selected to renovate the existing natural gas gate station in Orange, Connecticut, as part of Avangrid/Southern Connecticut Gas’s ongoing efforts to modernize infrastructure and ensure reliable natural gas distribution for years to come. Manafort’s scope included abatement of environmentally impacted materials, restoration of the exterior masonry façade, replacement of the roof, interior renovations including new epoxy-painted walls and floors, excavation for the installation of inlet and outlet piping, and site improvements such as new fencing and paving.
Through careful planning, skilled execution, and a strong focus on safety and quality, Manafort successfully completed the project on time, within budget, and with zero safety incidents.
