Another Outstanding Year! This year we donated 56 bikes and helmets to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.

On December 2, 2020, Manafort Brothers was presented with a CCIA Community Service award for our work with the UConn Senior Design Program.
Over the course of two semesters, Manafort Brothers worked with 5 student to simulate a real world project cost proposal and project start up process. We worked with the students to prepare a quantity take off, crew structures, cost estimates, submittal logs, work plans, and project schedules based upon a previously constructed project on the UConn campus.
MBI is continuing the partnership with UConn and is currently working with a new group of senior for the 2020-2021 academic year!
On behalf of Manafort-Precision, congratulations to Education First on the opening of the Hult House Building in Cambridge, MA! Manafort-Precision performed the foundations and slabs in Education First’s new 13-story, 300,00 square foot mixed-used development. The project sits in Cambridge’s new and exciting North Point district. The Hult House Building features top-notch student housing, educational, office, and retail space, and will allow Education First (EF) and Hult International Business School to expand their North American operations, enhancing the institutions’ existing North Point international campus and providing students with a new on-campus housing option.
