Federal and State Leaders Tour Route 4 Missing Move Project with MBI

August 25, 2026

Manafort was proud to take part in a recent construction site tour of the Route 4 Missing Move Project in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, welcoming federal, state and local leaders for an up-close look at the progress being made on this significant infrastructure project.

The visit brought together Federal Highway Administration Administrator Sean McMaster, Governor Dan McKee, Senator Jack Reed, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Representative Seth Magaziner, USDOT Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology Seval Oz, and Quonset Development Corporation Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Steven King, along with project representatives and other stakeholders.

During the tour, attendees had the opportunity to see firsthand the construction of the new ramp that will create a direct highway connection from I-95 North to Route 4 South. The long-awaited connection is designed to improve access and mobility along this important Rhode Island transportation corridor.

Manafort is proud to play a role in bringing this important infrastructure improvement to life and appreciates the opportunity to showcase the work underway to project partners and leaders from across the state and federal government.
