Manafort Brothers, Inc. was contracted to remediate a 1.65 acre site containing polluted urban fill and bulky waste. Prior to initiation of site remediation, a 300 linear foot soil retention system was installed to accommodate the 15 foot deep excavation required for this project.
Throughout the project, 40,000 tons of contaminated soil including TPH, SVOC’s, VOC’s, RCRA metals and RCRA hazardous lead soil were removed. Upon completion of site remediation, clean soil was imported to backfill and restore the site to its original condition.
